  • Lots to see, do and eat here. Beautiful buildings. Food hall, restaurants, bars, and shopping venues. Irish and Scottish beer pubs next to each other.

  • I have visited the V&A Waterfront, for the first time at 34, while living in Cape Town all my life. This place is amazing! The harbor is huge and very atmospheric, and the shops are close by, and the smell of the ocean is amazing too. If you ever just want to relax and unwind without paying a cent, come to this place. It's huge and very nice to be there. Just remember your hat and sunblock. Enjoy.
  • Very nice tourist attraction with a lot to offer from Africa craft to helicopter rides (About R2000 per person) to an aquarium. Security is visible and there are a lot of eateries. Nice close up view of the yachts and do also offer fun trips on a variety of boats for about R200 per person. Visit the big wheel for a stunning view. Plenty of secure metered parking. I highly recommend to schedule a full day visit to the V&A Waterfront to see and enjoy everything.
  • So much more than a "Mall". It's an incredible destination! Walk out the doors of the mall (which in itself is huge" is a working harbour nestled at the foot of the iconic Table Mountain. Settle yourself down, enjoy the fresh sea air at one of the restaurants and watch boats, yachts and tugs go about their business. It's a unique experience! At the V & A Waterfront there is something to suite every taste and wallet. Fancy a new Gucci bag? No problem. Need a pair of new hiking boots to tackle Table Mountain? No problem. Need to stock up on some toiletries and food. Yup...no problem! I've lived 53 years in Cape Town and seen many malls overseas...Trust me the V& A is a treat! World class.
  • The food market at the V&A waterfront has everything you need. Sushi, curry, ice cream, a bar.. amazing pizza. Chilled vibe. Great nibbles too. There’s this cashew bar with delicious chocolate and yogurt flavoured nuts as well as Turkish Delight 😍 . You wouldn’t need to go anywhere else.
  • Great place to shop and visit the various tourist attractions. Boat and canal cruises are available. Vibrant and busy with people eating and enjoying the various activities. The street band was playing good music and gets you in the mood to dance. Must visit the aquarium for a great experience. Hop on hop off bus brings you here from various pick up points. Not to be missed when visiting Cape Town.
