  • We popped in for a drink before going to dinner. It's a nice nice bar - very much like an old English pub. Interested to see that it is also a theatre, would like to try that some time!  more »

  • I enjoyed the bar's lively atmosphere and the decor. The night I was there they were hosting a couple of different plays, as well as a pub quiz night, so the place was quite busy, but it never felt overcrowded. The theatre was intimate, and the acoustics surprisingly good. Although the bar area got a bit hot and humid, there was air-conditioning in the theater.
  • Feels amazing to order through the old telephones with rotary dials. Big variety of good beers and wines, both local and international. Can't speak on the other drinks as we have not had them. The theatre area looked like a very unique and intimate setting to spend the evening but unfortunately haven't been able to watch a play there... yet
  • Look this is a Cape Town establishment. From music, good drinks, shows. They deliver. Plus they have phones where you can call the bar from. Come here to chill & be with my myself. 10 x better with friends.
  • This is a cute and intimate space. The theater area upstairs is cramped but full of character and a great vibe. We had a fun improv evening and would definitely go back. The bar downstairs is vibrant and has a great energy.
  • Great little place. Good grub and great value. Interesting shows. Lots of variety. Friendly staff. Definitely worth a visit!
