It's all about relaxation at Camp's Bay Beach, overlooked by Table Mountain and fringed with palm trees. As you roam the sandy shore, you'll encounter a plethora of bars and restaurants lining the coast, while the grassy dunes provide plenty of space for picnics with friends and family. • This beach is the best in Cape Town, but the water is very cold. Camps Bay is trendiest spot in Cape Town.  more »

  • I wanna go back to this place hey
  • Can get a bit busy, but always great
  • A beautiful beach close to cafes but the water is very cold!
  • I love this place! It was really beautiful to see how powerful the Atlantic ocean. The surge happened to be high that day. It was incredibly beautiful and peaceful. Also, it was kind of cool to see all of the vendors selling stuff. They can be a bit aggressive, but that's any street vendor. It was cool though- visit if you can!
  • The white sand is BEAUTIFUL!! The water is crystal blue, clean and just amazing to look at as it washed over the shore. I would definitely recommend this beach for anyone on a trip to Cape Town, the location is also great because it's close to a lot of restaurants, hotels and public transport. It's a great spot to go to for some relaxation, just bring some warm clothes because it can get very windy and chilly towards the end of the day
