  • A deep silence is here – is also tracking the cruel battles to the Isonzo to 100 years still in the silence. The bridge was built by the Habsburg and a unique design - seems worldwide here flows the Socza Italian Isonzo - a unique place

  • I stayed in Nova Gorica to catch the train to bled, I know the bridge, it's definitely best attraction in the region, the river and the Soca Valley are beautiful too, with clear water of a beautiful contrast with the bridge. If you're a lover of hiking do the tracks that border the River, it is possible to walk on the bridge connecting the rails from one side to another of the River, the view is very scenic, I went walking to new Gorilla until the bridge, super quiet and with a map is much easier.

  • An impressive bridge, in fact the longest-spanning train stone bridge in the world.
  • With an arch span of 85 metres (279 ft), it is the longest stone bridge among train bridges built of stone blocks. It holds the record as later construction technology used reinforced concrete to build bridges. Must see!
  • The stone bridge with the worlds longest arch! A must see attraction!!
