Helpful in the tourist office. Took the city tour. Quite possibly the best, most enthusiastic tour guide I’ve had the pleasure of. Spoke English better than a lot of British people do, and wasn’t guiding for tips, the exact opposite in fact.

Nicely organised place friendly stuff good vibes unfortunately they do not have wheel chair entrance.

This was a good place to get info about Ljubjana city and the card we ordered online which was cheaper. But ...two of the staff were not very professional ,in the way they dealt with us.First, the tourists have need of information and the staff should be willing to answer politely and not to shortcut your conversation so you can leave the office. Secondly, when we asked for bikes,the office was supposed to close at 21.00 but had to return the bikes 20.30,which if we didnt ,the office clerk was threatening she would call the police! Well of course we would return them earlier but no need for threats..this is still a mentality from communist background,sad to say... Anyway, the stay in the city was great.The card was very useful for the day,you can see a lot. Our tour guide was excellent and did enjoy her comments on places we visited. As for this office one advice: Don't threaten the tourists with police! They might not come back....
