  • In Italy a path like that would be intractable without mountaineering equipment! Not because Siae doable without anything, we too we have, but because the safety standard in Italy is much higher. That being said is pure adrenaline. The trail is nothing more nor less the riverbed. If you're lucky enough to find the River in lean, and maybe a nice sunny day, dropping down into the river can be fun and even tempting, in late October with 12 degrees no! Then go up a river though small, being careful not to fall into step by step's initially amusing ... after 5 hours! There is no trail doesn't come off your eyes from feet in search of rock or trunk right on to the next step. You are constantly tracked, fingerprints or they invent new steps to proceed very slowly until the end. Is one of many one-way trails ... and as long as you crossing the river doesn't feel anxiety cannot go back. Sometimes beautiful horizontal ladders for easy location on the river. Rubber boots would facilitate everything. But then come the stairs ... so pretty in the picture ... so high live! Vertical, climbing walls, or 45 degrees, that force you to walk in 4 paws and measure yourself step by step with the height increasing, amplified by the sound of the waterfall he wants to kick about your fears. 30 metres! All alone with your hands. And exit down the stairs is often worse because on wet rock overlooking the gorge below: nothing carabiners, only a chain to hold on to. The stairs are exciting, and dangerous. Don't let them if you suffer from Vertigo. Having overcome the stairs ... are 3 step some more stairs, the trail becomes straightforward, anxiety cala ... and everything is more boring. Trail of genius.
