  • We visited the Museum in December, so along with us were only a few visitors. Houses here are very beautiful and breathe on you the right atmosphere. Still a few residents live here-we have seen even as an old woman, how do you pick up from the local spring water. One House is open as a Museum, where it is a sample of how people lived. Next to the shop of souvenirs, the other is next to the Church. Keep the ticket, because it inputs into the shops after the US required. By car you can go to the village, so don't be fooled by the parking lot, which is lower. People then walked on foot.

  • Quaint village and traditional, interesting and pleasant to visit (surcharge). An open air museum which is well worth a visit with an easy and pleasant walk and where you can spend if they wanted even more time than just visit.

  • Nice Unesco village, it is pity, that the people here just started to have enough money to repair their houses. But on the other hand, once they would have had money before, there would not be any Unesco village.
  • A beautiful little village located in the hills of Slovakia. Worth the small excursion if you're in the immediate area.
  • Wonderful historical village that has several exhibits aimed at showing traditional ways of life. Various knickknacks are for sale and this an overall charming excursion. The views are beautiful as well.
  • Lovely old village but I was expecting to see more exhibitions ( previous life in village). The staff was most of the time ignoring us. Couldn't find toilets at all! At least the views were with it
  • Wonderful to walk through and feel the history. I wish it wasn't a working village thought it would have made the experience more interesting.
