Where to stay in Bratislava

Save money on a trip to the pricey town of Bratislava by booking a private room or by staying in one of the many hostels. While there are hotels here, frequent business travelers have driven prices up. Find accommodation in Stary Mesto--the city's Old Town--and experience the medieval charm of the area, such as winding streets, old churches, and a hill-top castle. Consider staying on the Danube for riverside views. Be sure to check the reviews of your lodging ahead of time; the quality of accommodations can vary.

  • Rude staff, none of which spoke English, German or any other language. Exhibits were average at best with details written in Slovak only. Killed an hour but wouldn't recommend it.
  • Small but very nice
  • Nice museum, interesting also for the kids 6+
  • nobody knows that it's there . go there!
  • Very interesting site and exhibits-actually on the main station. If it was for passengers free of charge or for a symbolic-it! and the Museum, and the people experiences that are quite hidden.
