Where to stay in Bratislava

Save money on a trip to the pricey town of Bratislava by booking a private room or by staying in one of the many hostels. While there are hotels here, frequent business travelers have driven prices up. Find accommodation in Stary Mesto--the city's Old Town--and experience the medieval charm of the area, such as winding streets, old churches, and a hill-top castle. Consider staying on the Danube for riverside views. Be sure to check the reviews of your lodging ahead of time; the quality of accommodations can vary.

  • A shop with local products, and with a small museum with vintage shop equipment. I especially liked the offer of fruit wines and the sweet rolls with walnut filling - the local specialty.
  • It looks like there is a likable, but the impression on tourists traps are probably no cure.
