  • ZOOs are supposedly educational and conservational institutions. But this is not the case. For the most part, ZOOs work as entertainment for humans and a prison for nonhuman animals. They are created for profit. There are other ways to educate children about animals that don't involve animal captivity.
  • Fun, interesting, a great place to spend a day with your friends.
  • The zoo has a lot of baby animals which is something we are not used to. The prices were extremely low €4.50 per adult to get into the whole place including the Dino Exhibit. Food is as cheap as €1 each and of a good tourist quality. Animals seemed well taken care of!!! There is quite a bit of walking that can be done to see everything, but the city views are worth the hills. You can pet some of the kinder animals, and still get close views of the more exotic ones.
  • Its getting better and better evey year. Great place to spend time with kids. I'd recommend to try Slovak pizza ,very good :)
  • I have been there 20 years ago and now turned again.I like it but still some areas are dissapointing and need fast upgrade.
