  • The castle is great but they are mostly ruins, though well kept ... visiting asks time and we preferred to confine ourselves outside. Stop the deserves, on the visit depends on the interest and time.

  • Near the town of Trenčín. Compared with many ruins of castles in Slovakia, this sufficiently "populated". Entrance fee, there are restrooms and restaurant, conducted the show. Very nice, offering wonderful views. Climb from the parking lot at the bottom did not last long and not hard.

  • Comparison of the castle with the castle in Devin in Bratislava-the exact, I had a feeling of "déjà vu", I had already seen, and the fate of similar locks. Go back in the morning because at dusk will be ugly pictures, Castle is not well illuminated evening photos dark.

  • Nice view, we appreciate the efforts of the people trying to rebuilt the castle.
  • Nice castle ruin, but the entrance fee is outrageous. They have risen it twice in a last few years. Never mind, you would do better to go climbing on its north wall, which is beautiful for this sport, but a little cold.
  • Nice place to take photos. Not too much walking needed
  • They've really done it up. Very nice visit with lots of explanation.
  • Great place to spend weekend time ! Great proof of rich Slovakian history
