Zhongshan Park Integrated Development is an integrated hotel-cum-commercial development along Balestier Road that sits just opposite the historic Sun Yat-Sen Nanyang Memorial Hall, a national monument that pays tribute to the father of the 1911 Chinese Revolution. Comprising Days Hotel Singapore At Zhongshan Park (新加坡中山公园戴斯酒店), and Ramada Singapore At Zhongshan Park (新加坡中山公园华美达酒店), Zhongshan Mall (中山广场) and an office tower, the two hotels flank Zhongshan Park (中山公园), creating a unique integrated development with a strong heritage connection and old world charm.

Zhongshan Mall caters to a diverse mix of service and retail tenants which are family-favorite household names, such as NTUC Fairprice Finest, Guardian, Hock Hua Tonic, Cheers, Buzz, Gong Cha, Singtel, and many more.

Our fully-leased office building spans 13-storeys and includes key tenants like ERA, Early Intervention Centre Singapore, Golder Associates, MindChamps Preschool and Trifecta Martial Arts School.

For shoppers looking for a quick bite, Subway and Slice Pizza are available within the Mall.

The Mall is easily accessible to the city and airport via the Central Expressway and the Pan Island Expressway and within few minutes drive to Orchard Road and the Central Business District – Raffles Place and Marina Bay Financial Centre.

  • This was just your average small neighborhood mall nothing compared to the larger ones in Singapore. I would only come here if your hotel happens to be right by it.  more »
  • The mall has all the major necessities fulfilled. All the daily use items. Food joints are also available. Overall a complete package of everything.  more »

  • I came here for breakfast and the coffee at the food court is superb. But it's air-conditioned environment, so expect the price for food to be higher then an average coffee shop. Lots of other stuff here as well. Ntuc, bars nearby. Awesome front yard.
  • Mall isnt big enough, has one shopping center and more food outlets. At the basement there are some good food joints, tea points. Indian food center is too good.
  • Chic place to hang out actually. Place is well decorated with quite a few good restuarants in kt
  • The NTUC supermarket is excellent. As for other shops not much of a selection. There are however a couple of nice restaurants. Free 2 hours parking on weekdays (certain times).
  • A very nice and useful mall in the vicinity of Novena area. Good shopping outlets for clothes, gifts, etc. Very good Eateries and restaurants, especially for Indian tastes are available. Centrally located adjacent to the bus stops, opposite to a Burmese Buddhist Temple and diagonally opposite to Hotel Ibis Novena. A nice place in this location worth exploring.
