Zero Latency Singapore Reviews
This was our first time at Zero Latency. The staff were helpful and polite. We had so much fun and definitely we will come back again. more »
Ok i had to mention what we played because i really can't say anything about the other games since we never tried it. In general? the place is nice and spacious. the VR Quality is good. Its a fun time... more »

A unique experience worth going for at least once, if you are interested in VR. Don't expect an immersive game style as it is one dimensional (walk around, block, hold gun, and shoot only). I would have liked the game play to be more interactive, but I guess the technology is still not matured enough? . Staff was patient and friendly. Quite pricey though, especially on weekends, so try to go on weekdays.
Really cool VR experience, totally immersive. We played Outbreak Origins which was super fun. Lots of walking around and plenty of variation in action - loved there’s lots of space to move around too. Some improvements: 1) make it cheaper or give more value with extras like a video of everyone playing; 2) host needs to give better briefing instructions - rather than rushing through everything, also show a little enthusiasm to drive up excitement. Would still highly recommend though!
It's pretty amazing. Highly Recommended!
Overall quite a good experience trying this out, although I feel that the staffs are not very "practical". We booked for company event, and having like 10 persons for the event. Eventually, we only managed to get 9 persons, but they insist on charging for 10. If we just walked away, they would have ended with nothing, as we didn't make any deposit and there's no one waiting at the time slot that we arrived. Staffs also did not brief or give tips on how to score higher points. Example: shooting the zombies at the head, and using special weapons to score more points.
Game kept glitching during play through with friends and colleagues. Movement in game and with the VR goggles went out of sync multiple times even with numerous body pack changes. weapon graphic in game kept drifting away. Game had to be reset 4 to 5 times, ruining the whole groups experience. Actual game time was a little over 5 min for a 30 min session and we were pushed off after the game because they had more customers in line. Have e-mailed asking for a proper explanation but no response. Service recovery was extremely inadequate.
