  • If you purchase a ticket make sure it is one that includes the free drink, good value for money. The view is great from the top but the Hotel is desperately in need of some maintenance.  more »

  • I liked that this company picks you up and drops you off at your hotel. I feel the tour was a little expenssive and not well guided. Tourist's were sent off on their own which is great as you can explore at your own leisure however some background information on the areas visited may have been nice by our tour guide.
  • I actually dont want to give 1 star also. Please keep in mond if you are booking via Make my trip this is the vendor who provides gardens by the bay ticket. Most important even if you get tickets from make mytrip that is not applicable and you have to go this vendors office to collect the vouchers. A genuinely pathetic service as they ask the tourist who are not aware of any location in Singapore to collect the tickets from office and they ll not any details on email. Worst ever better to go ahead with KLOOK
  • We did the zoo breakfast tour and the zoo night safari. Both were really well organised. The tour guides were knowledgeable and friendly. The buses and coaches were comfortable would recommend them
  • We did the trishaw tour and weren't unhappy with the tour, but we weren't overly impressed either. The Chinatown part of the tour was just seeing a small shop and eating a meal that was good, but not enough for big eaters, and we had very limited time to check out the markets there (less than half an hour). The boat ride at the end of the tour was the best part and it was what gave my rating an extra Star. Our trishaw driver was very quiet, almost ran into a person and did hit a truck, didn't seem like he knew what he was doing and was on his phone half the time (which is why we hit the truck and near miss of people). To be frank, we would have had a better time if we just went to Chinatown on our own and then did the boat ride another time. The trishaw ride was a real let down and I wouldn't recommend wasting your time with it. Not what I would call value for money as compared to other tours we have been on in Singapore. Maybe do the Night Safari tour instead, it has much better reviews. 2 stars, only just. Wouldn't recommend.
  • Thank you Tour East for being at the airport when our plane was 4 hours late. Always reliable and on time.
