  • The Qantas lounge is akin to the old style coles cafeteria with millions of people jammed as close as can be but it is missing the cheerful food. Cold beef stew, cold rice, a melange of indecipherable...  more »

  • The Qantas Singapore Lounge is quite vibrant place. It's very large once you've walked the whole area. Some parts are still under construction (at the time of writing this review). Managed to have a shower. As there were quite a few Qantas flights that evening, it was full but you could still find a seat in the lounge. The best thing I liked was the salad bar, I went few times. There's also a bar (see pic) where the bartenders can make your choice of drink. Once the First Class section opens later this year, it will be one of the best in South East Asia.
  • The lounge is very comfortable though when it is incredibly busy during the peak travelling times and difficult to find a seat. Staff are very friendly and helpful and do their best to assist where they can. The food is varied, well prepared and displayed. Naturally there is copious amounts of alcohol with wine, spirits, and cocktails flowing as if there is no tomorrow and lubricating the weary bones of the well travelled. No announcements so must keep an eye on the time and know how far your gate is away from what seems an always changing and expanding airport.
  • Large and well furnished but quite crowded until the new Qantas First Lounge is completed. Food cooked to order is a nice touch, and there are plenty of options for drinks, self-serve or made by the bar staff, who know a good Negroni! The showers are currently unavailable which is a pity.
  • Polite staff, good varieties of sweet deserves and drinks both alcohol and non alcohol. It would be good if they have more types of Singaporeans dishes such as rice congee etc.
  • Has everything you need in a business class lounge. Would be better if they had some comfortable lounge chairs. They have lots of chairs to sit but all hard tubs.
