  • This is the old shopping center in Singapore. A number of new shopping centers have been developed around the perimeter, so major tenants have also changed. It is also constantly repaired and refurbished. Here you can find books, electronics, children's toys, bags and shoes, furniture, music, sports and other goods. There are plenty of cafes and restaurants in the basement and the back of the center. If you take the subway to the Somerset station, you can stroll between 4 and 5 building shopping centers.

  • Lots of nice restaurants. Not so crowded a.d service is good. Thumbs up! 👍
  • I had lunch at ASTON but left my paper file behind when I left. I could not found it even though I rushed back to the shop about an hour later. Only with my friend working nearby help and the helpfulness of their staff Mr Tay then I know the file was found in the thrast. I think it is helpful if the restaurant can have a lost&found section for the careless clients like me.
  • Sheltered parking. Lots of food and shopping. Assortment of shops. E.g spectacles, clothes, coffee etc.
  • Very quiet place to meet up with friends. Cheap food at B1 and B2.

Where to stay in Singapore

For leading chain hotels, head to the area around Orchard Road, considered the tourist center of Singapore due to its varied selection of rooms, good travel links, and tourist-focused businesses. At the eastern end of the road, you'll find more luxurious and expensive options, with hotels located in impressive colonial-era architecture. North and south of this main artery, backpacker hostels and budget hotels provide affordable rooms with basic facilities.
