  • The flyer gives you an eminent view of the entire city with all the sky rises and the stadium views from one point. The best view is of the sea with such great intensity. A great place to get pictures...  more »

  • The Flyer, along with the Marina Bay Sands three towers, dominates the Singapore skline and its a mistake not to take one trip on it. Easy on and off, not expensive, and great views for miles from eve...  more »

  • It is one of the must do attractions in Singapore. • It is a 30 min. ride. • You can see almost all of the Singapore city from the flyer when it is at the top. • A very good place to take artistic and memorable pictures from. • One flyer cabin can easily accommodate about 6-8 people where everyone is able to sit comfortably and enjoy the view. • It has a very well managed system and the staff here is also very helpful and supportive. • It is a very well maintained attraction and you would be missing something if it is not in your bucket list during your Singapore tour. Overall it was an excellent experience.
  • Please book online to get very good discounts. We were able to get it for very good price. You will thoroughly enjoy the view. You will get complete picture of Singapore. It will take 30 minutes. At times of rain or harsh weather conditions, they will halt the flyer till the skies are clear. We were very lucky as at the end of our ride, there was heavy rain and they had to halt. NOTE: SINGAPORE FLYER, MARINA BAY and GARDENS BY THE BAY ARE CLOSE BY. SO PLAN IT ACCORDINGLY.
  • This is a really excellent way to get a feel for Singapore from above. I went there on my first day in the city and it very quickly helps you to see the different locations and where they are in relation to each other. The views of the bay are great but also it's easy to see a variety of views from across to the Marina Bay Gardens and then down onto the Formula 1 race track. If you look carefully you can see planes landing and taking off from the airport too.
  • A famous landmark of Singapore, The Flyer ride costs SGD 33 per person. Gives an amazing high view of the Bay and several monuments, hotels and buildings of the city. You'll get superb photo angles through the ride. For those fearsome about vertigo, have no worries. The speed is well regulated and the large glass capsules for passengers are more comfortable than some of the high rise building lifts.
  • Boasting spectacular views of neighbouring Indonesia and Malaysia on a clear day as well as Singapore's majestic skyline at night, Singapore Flyer is an observation wheel with 28 capsules capable of holding more than 300 guests on one ride of 30 minutes. Those who seek for a thrilling experience may want to try out their dining experience in the sky that comes with dining course in a specially-decoarated capsule on a 3-hour ride. Proposing to your lover? Try Singapore Flyer where there are much loved activities to try out including a Boeing-themed flight simulator.

Where to stay in Singapore

For leading chain hotels, head to the area around Orchard Road, considered the tourist center of Singapore due to its varied selection of rooms, good travel links, and tourist-focused businesses. At the eastern end of the road, you'll find more luxurious and expensive options, with hotels located in impressive colonial-era architecture. North and south of this main artery, backpacker hostels and budget hotels provide affordable rooms with basic facilities.
