  • Dempsey is a church on the hill. The whole brick is coming out, so at first glance it feels like a warehouse. It is far from MRT station, so you need to use the bus.

  • Saint George’s Church is located on a little slope off the Napier Road / Holland Road Junction, across the road from the Botanical Garden. There was previously a public nine hole golf course nearby bu...  more »
  • Saint George's Church is a small church made a red-brick and roof tiles of the same color so the whole building is red brick color. You will feel the history at a glance. This association is unique in many ways. First of all not in front of the Church entrance. Side entrance to the building were closed when I went and the right is the main entrance, we come and go from the entrance on the left. And nothing unique in that block outside and within the Church is without partitions across a hallway located on each side of the arch. In other words there is no partition arch in the wall outside wind blows into the Church. So is the Church of Singapore not only cooling. This is the first time ever seen so many associations in various countries, but not of the Church. Of course, our church we are specified in the National Monument. The front of the Church is the Jim Thompson Thailand restaurant. Walk back to Singapore Botanic Gardens gate 7, 8 minutes, I took a taxi from there.

  • Very beautiful Anglican Church that is made of red bricks, situated along Minden Road near Dempsey. Historical site with it's own heritage. People are lovely and lively. Dwell in the shelter of the Lord most high amongst green pastures. Love this place for it's serenity and peace! :)
  • Solemn church located near botanic garden. In the future it will be near Napier station, but currently no station around there. One Japanese group organises bible study, and on the Christmas Day they hold Christmas celebrations. Not on eve, but on the Christmas Day, it’s interesting. You can enjoy choruses, and very understandable bible study. Worth to be attended.
  • Nice worship place
  • Relaxing place
  • Good ambience
