  • The place to learn about Singapore’s history, this place takes you through what happened in Singapore in the last few hundred years to shape what it is today. Very educational and suitable for families to have a day visit. There are some interactive exhibits to keep kids entertained. The place is well maintained and recently refurbished. Service staff were fantastic. Cafe on site.
  • Perfect! Love it! I wish I could come back as soon as possible. Its perfect for the one who love to learn new culture, country's history, and.. and.. and... many more. The museum is also so clean and modern.
  • Went with my god brother. We really love the ambiance and this place really clean, well maintenance and great architecture. I love the cafe inside, high celling, big window, nice to sit, relax, and read book over coffee and cake.
  • The museum you want to visit to know more about Singapore history and arts. Also houses a good variety of art and installation. There are seasonal children's programme or activities. Has restaurants and gift shop featuring locally designed gifts. Definitely worth a visit for locals and travellers.
  • For those who are interested in History, I would definitely recommend this as a must visit place. This museum explains Singapore's history in various stages. Each section was well engaging, it helped me to understand how Singapore evolved over the years. It showcased the education system, impetus on learning for girls, situation people had to face during war, how the British under estimated the Japanese army...Even my kid enjoyed some of these sections. Must visit for History lovers, else a No. You need at least 3 - 4 hours to cover the museum in a leisurely pace.
