Take in panoramic views of the city's central business district from the summit of Mount Faber. This modest hill is 105 m (344 ft) high, and is often sought out for its hiking and walking trails that take visitors to its summit. The hill is surrounded by rainforest vegetation, and provides views of the city, the forest, and even the harbor and islands in the distance. You can also reach the hill's summit by cable car, where you'll be granted an exclusive, aerial view of the rainforest canopy below. Once there, look for the wishing bells that can be attached the the handrails;,don't forget to ring the bell of happiness. 這裡是當地朋友帶我去的, 是看風景不錯的地方。 特別是晚上, 從高處看下去, 景觀很好。但要自駕, 好像沒公車到。

Great lookout. Incorporates interesting frescoes depicting Singapore's history. Beautiful view of the Singapore skyline. Worth checking out.
One of the best lookout points in Singapore as it overlooks Sentosa and links directly from the southern ridges.

here are many footpaths or trails leading up Mount Faber. The main paths are: Marang Trail which leads from Marang Road at the Harbourfront MRT station (Exit D) and the Southern Ridges Park Connector which connects you from Telok Blangah Hill Park, Kent Ridge Park or the Henderson Waves which is the path we chose as this bridge is known for its great architecture. You can also take the cable car across to VivoCity which is one of the largest shopping malls and stroll across to Sentosa Island or head straight to Sentosa island if you want to give your legs a break, and just enjoy the awesome views. I have never paid extra for the VIP cable cars so not sure what the benefits are but cant say that i felt disadvantaged by the standard ones. There is also a restaurant up there but i have never eaten there, as we usually just hop across to VivoCity to keep it cheap and cheerful and we love the Republic food court over there. Tip: If you buy a round trip ticket and are heading over to Sentosa, make sure you get off at VivoCity on the way back as it is tricky to get a taxi from there late in the afternoon/night and its much easier to just take the MRT to where ever you want to go from VivoCity.
Come here in the evening when the sun is about to set - this is a beautiful place with a magnificent view.
Great scenic spot, but a little crowded.
