  • Wonderful place! Has a great view to the city. The infinity pool is great and huuuge! The Helix bridge is next to the hotel and there is a glorious walkway to the gardens by the bay. You can even sit at designated places along the board walk to look at the river and downtown Singapore at night.
  • Nice place. You have a nice view over the skyscrapers on the other side of the bay. It is located next to a huge shopping mall. I do recommend to visit the place in the evening to get the chance to see the light show on the water. It was really amazing and I enjoyed it.
  • Very, very cool place to walk around. Ultra flash and very clean, although majority of the shops and celebrity restaurants are well out of a normal persons price range. The casino is good fun, very clean and modern, I stayed well into the night without even realising. The bars on top of the hotel/casino are also worth buying a drink in just for the view. Going to the bar for a drink is also much more worthwhile than paying for the viewing platform, as the bar is the floor above and you get a drink as well (very expensive, but you're paying for the view. The viewing platform is $23 I believe). There is a very cool light show on each night at 8pm, with fountains and lasers.
  • Amazing water show. Beautiful outer night scenery. Like this place.
  • Enjoy and relax! The view on Singapore‘s Skyline is just impressive, beautiful and breathtaking. Must see when in Singapore! Make sure you walk right before heading down to the promenade when coming from „Marina Bay Sands“. At first it looks like walking into a cul-de-sac But you won‘t be disappointed, as you have a stunning view onto the marina. At the end is a lift back down to „The Shoppes“.

Where to stay in Singapore

For leading chain hotels, head to the area around Orchard Road, considered the tourist center of Singapore due to its varied selection of rooms, good travel links, and tourist-focused businesses. At the eastern end of the road, you'll find more luxurious and expensive options, with hotels located in impressive colonial-era architecture. North and south of this main artery, backpacker hostels and budget hotels provide affordable rooms with basic facilities.
