  • Old-style Buddhist temple made of 3 main blocks. Jewelry of architecture and wood carving. Ask for a guide for symbols' meanings
  • I like the calm environment it has. The monastery is large and spacious, a short visit here make you let go and embrace changes.
  • Peaceful, quiet place to think deep. Even when the sun is scorching hot outside, this monastery remains cool and breezy.
  • Another visit to this so peaceful atmosphere and Monastery. Just love to meditate there. Pictures of the life and times of Buddha I have not seen for some years now. Pity as there is a lovely story For the children and adults of course. The dedication if the workers who look after this temple are to be commended.
  • The oldest Buddhist monastery in Singapore, of which, the architectural is preserved through the years. There are still a lot of buddhist who goes there to pray during the usual buddhist festivals. But be prepared for the incense, and burnt paper offerings smoke though.
