  • Been in many parks birds in the world, from Guatemala to Australia. But like everyone here in Singapore it was created 50 years ago with panache and love. Spent three hours watching the hundreds of birds. A large area fenced mesh with freely flying parrots Laurie, which you can feed, buying birdseed for a fee. Parrots a curious and daring, perch on shoulders, arms, bags, trying to Peck vivid girls have earrings and other accessories Like parrots Paradise section. For penguins have created an opportunity to swim and enjoy the subzero temperature. And for local birds created almost tropical conditions. There is an exposition of the night birds. And to the visitor it was interesting to watch them during their night life, the birds almost changed the day and night. That is, when the street day in this House conditions night and birds live in their favorite terms. But when night comes and the House closed, the birds it is morning and they also fall asleep. Read that here lives more 5000 birds. A mandatory place to visit.

  • Spirit Park with its variety and cognition. Divided into territory where recreated conditions for comfortable stay of one or another type of birds, for example, "coast" or "Penguin Pavilion with a waterfall" rainforest. And in the Pavilion "world of darkness" special conditions created for each bird species! Snow and Christmas trees for a polar owl, mangroves for fish owls from Africa. It was interesting to consider near birds of paradise and bird-rhinos. Very much informative Bird Discover Center. In this center you can watch through glass as workers nursery fed little chicks and as already grown parrots enthusiastically meet their "breadwinner". Schedule of feedings of adult birds and show schedule are indicated on the map of the Park, which can be rented at the entrance. We visited the show birds of prey Kings of the Skies and show High Flyers, where parrots arranged competitions, felt and sang songs in Chinese and English. A sea of positive emotions! Designated us Bird Park five hours proved clearly little better to come for the whole day. Cafes and restaurants are scattered throughout the Park.

  • Heaven for bird fans. Delight to photograph all the birds at such close distance. Its a big park and couple of events/shows too take place. You need almost a whole day here if you plan to do it in detail. Highlight for kids and adults alike is the lorri feeding. A must visit for anyone who visits singapore for the first time.
  • Beautiful large ...need an entire day to check it out...don't forget to take a raincoat or umbrella...mistake we did...it rains often
  • It's a very good place to go with family and friends. It gives you the experience of watching all the bird life living in their natural habitat. It's accessible by cab and bus. All in all it was a good experience. I have been to Jurong bird bird park 3 times now and will go whenever I get a chance again with my family.
  • One of best places to visit in Singapore with kids. You can see all kinds of birds. Don't miss High Flyers show and kings of the skies. Lory loft is very different where u can feed birds. They are lovely !
  • Beautiful, Serene place. But take care of the climate. Summers can be terribly hot and you might not be able to enjoy it as much. Don;t forget to wear comfortable clothes and take your camera with you!
