  • The approach to this part of the botanical gardens is now very close from the metro exit. There is still a fair amount to walk though. We went on a day when there was close to no one there and it was ...  more »
  • A great Park for kids, completely free, easily accessible through the Botanic Gardens (approximately 400 metres from metro station). Two spaces with sand, games, tree houses, swings and slides; a maze of hedges; a nature trail, pond, waterfall and suspension bridge; small area with sprays and fountains. Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful even for parents! Right at the entrance of the Park is a lovely dining area with many coloured tables suitable for kids.

  • Love this place. Our five year old always has a ball. The treehouse slide the highlight, although so many things to do. Don't miss balancing on the log to cross the creek!
  • Great place, but they provided the wrong address. It took me an hour with a child in a car to figure out, that address is wrong. It's 1H Cluny road, 259604.
  • Singapore has always been a city good with kids. Loads of things to do and explore. One of them is the Jacob Ballas Children's Playground at the Botanic Gardens. Entry is free but you will need to be accompanied by a child to enter! There's a huge maze, water play area, a large tree house to give those little children space to explore. The Singapore Botanic Gardens was just inscribed into UNESCO's World Heritage Site last month, a first for Singapore.
  • Such a nice place for kids. There are a lot of playground choices. Foods are not allowed inside. If you happen to bring food with you for a picnic, there are cottages/shelters available at the botanical garden adjacent to it. Do not let your children feed the turtles as i have experienced first ha d children getting bitten while feeding them.
  • Great place to bring children to. Has a decent sized playground and also a treehouse.
