  • 在芽笼附近,是具有马来风格的市场。市场有两层楼,比较大。里面有点像农贸市场,出售蔬菜水果,海产品、小商品等,楼上还有小吃,是本地人购物买菜的正规市场,游客较少。
  • Market here is quite unusual in Singapore, it is kinda tight in Japanese. He is putting on meat or fish is good if you're just eating at a hawker thing with shoes pretty much messed up, like going to Orchard is not recommended.

What u need for household ingredient are avail easily & fresh & cheaply bargainable at Geylang Serai Market . Its also nearby to Joo Chiat Complex , Haig Road & Tanjung Katong Mall ...There are many more to come & much more to explore especially the Food at Geylang Serai Food Centre at 2nd level ...Enjoy your visit to GSM
  • A busy market during weekends. It opens very early at about 6 am and has a variety of fresh produce. Above there are plenty of stalls with traditional food and drinks. It's similar to Tekka market but more Malay oriented in terms of spices and dried condiments
  • looking for Indian or malay food ingredients, beef lamb, or goat? or simply want to taste Indian or Malay Muslim food this is the place to go. Also one of the cheapest wet markets in Singapore
  • A lot of Malay food and Asian dishes. You can find mostly local products, however the price can be debatable. A nice place to visit and see. Can be a bit overcrowded, especially if you visit in the season of Hari Raya where you can find more open stalls selling items on discount.
  • A lot of delicious delicacies! Popular especially during the ramadhan period where it'll be crowded (not exaggerating) and all the wonderful lights will take your breath away at night!
