  • The fountain was beautiful and the kids loved watching it. We all threw in a coin and made a wish. It's a lovely place to take kids to and is really pretty. Would definitely visit The Fountain of Weal...  more »

  • Big Fountain located in the Suntec. Wish luck to the people. And around the food court and supermarket in the basement, both local people and tourists are always crowded. Sands recently is crowded around Suntec and fountain of wealth but femininity, I like.

  • Know as the fountain of wealth. It can be best seen from inside the shopping centre underneath.
  • Love the iconic fountain of wealth. In the middle of the shopping centre surrounded by food court all around. You can walk inside during certain times. Great views.
  • I came on a Sunday and it was quite discrete. The fountain was functioning but it was nothing like the pictures I have seen. At the end I ended up eating in the mall.
  • Cool fountain. Basically in the middle of the shopping centre within a roundabout (you have to access it via the mall at basement level) surrounded by a food court. The opening hours in Google appear to be when you can walk inside the fountain itself (mini display) then when that closes there's a bigger show which can be seen from ground level (via one of the four spiral stairwells along the edges of the fountain at basement level. There's no easy crossing at ground level). Show starts a few minutes after they shut the basement doors so you have time to go up before it begins. Looks great at night, didn't see it by day
  • This place is especially beautiful at night when the llight around the fountain contrast with the dark night sky.

Where to stay in Singapore

For leading chain hotels, head to the area around Orchard Road, considered the tourist center of Singapore due to its varied selection of rooms, good travel links, and tourist-focused businesses. At the eastern end of the road, you'll find more luxurious and expensive options, with hotels located in impressive colonial-era architecture. North and south of this main artery, backpacker hostels and budget hotels provide affordable rooms with basic facilities.
