Probably the most beginner-friendly place to get into rock climbing. Great for families with kids - it's air-conditioned, and, being in the middle of a shopping mall, there are plenty of other things to keep the kids occupied if they get bored with climbing. It gets very crowded on weekends (because of all the families with kids) but weekday afternoons (from 2-5pm) is relatively uncrowded, though weekday evenings can sometimes be as crowded as weekends.
Good choice of walls. Ranging from expert level to brand new 7yr old beginners. Can get crowded on weekends however they do have flow control so it doesnt get overcrowded.
Excellent climbing gym for first timers. Although it's slightly more expensive, the gym is within a shopping mall with air-conditioning. Climbing in the public can be a bit intimidating, but you enjoy yourself so much that you won't be bothered by them!

The service here is excellent, the staff are very friendly. The walls are good to climb, it's not very crowded on weekdays. The price is also reasonable, but a little far for the west siders
