  • Is immediately from the City Hall MRT station (laughs). Transportation is convenient. Zoubutsu famous fight, and there is plenty of British culture, as well as the bridge used in active service. During the F1 Grand Prix offers both the modern race and intercultural exchange.

  • Tonight walking around all the migrants from the Philippines were on the floor on mats and blankets playing music singing with it and eating local food Simply beautifully keeping there own culture
  • City Hall is a Singaporean national monument, gazetted in 1992. It was built between 1926 and 1929 and was originally called the Municipal Building, until 1951 when Singapore was granted city status b...  more »

  • Excellent preservation and modern adaptation of British colonial architecture. With countless halls and rooms of galleries housing loads of local and regional pieces of art. Be sure the Ng Teng Fong roof gallery for a stunning view of the padang and view of the city skyline.
  • Love the gallery cafe! A nice and quiet spot tucked alongside the main road facing the padang, and a wonderful night view as well. Of course, taking a curated tour within the museum is a feast for the mind, eyes and heart, but I always believe the 'fringe' services such as cafes are a huge draw to keep people going back, time and again. 😁😍🙏
  • Beautifully restored from the former supreme Court and city hall with many of the exhibits integrated with the original furnishing of the court rooms, even the holding cells were kept! It is also a superbly family friendly museum with dedicated children gallery with rotating installations designed just for children. But bear in mind, no wheelies and balloons allowed in the "adult" galleries but you can keep balloons in their free lockers. Check w the very friendly and helpful staff stationed throughout the place!
  • You rarely get to see nice old buildings in Singapore anymore. They have restored the old supreme court to make the national gallery. They have even beautifully integrated some exhibits into the old courtrooms and holding cells. It's worth a visit if museums or architecture are your thing! If you go up to the 6th floor, you'll get an amazing view of marina bay stands and the art museum.
  • Beautiful architecture. Good and huge exhibitions. Walking tours are entertaining. Poster making booth is very interactive! Attentive staff! A must-visit!
