  • Tanglin Mall are a little for himself, and is much smaller than the large department stores on Orchard Road. We still think it is worthwhile to walk or take a taxi there. Streamlined facilities, and fit many shops with a varied selection. Not the big fashion brands as there are so many of the Orchard Road, but shops that fits better for ordinary people with a regular wallet. The stores and the selection is clearly adapted to a clientele with a large element of Western expats.

  • The Tanglin mall these days spent in Singapore it was a great point of reference for our purchases. It is well furnished, cozy and prices are in the standard of Singapore. Has a great food court, in fact we ate here at least 3-4 times spending very little in a week. There is a supermarket among the largest in the area. Here I have seen many parents with kids, in fact there are several stores turned to them for clothing, toys and school items. The Centre very well attended

  • Since I have often stayed at the Regent, which is just a step away, I am familiar with this small shopping center. It is connected with Hotel Jen with a roofed bridge on the 2nd floor. This time, we s...  more »

  • Not really about tangling mall but bad review given for the drinks stall in tasty food court. The staff at drink stall have hell of an attitude. I order drinks and they gave me a wrong order. When I corrected them, the Chinese lady (boss?) insisted that I said wrongly. It's impossible for me to order wrongly cause that's my regular drink. I asked for "Teh Si Siew Dai Peng" and she said I ordered "Teh Si Siew Dai Po". I told her that perhaps she heard wrongly cause Peng and Po can sound alike and she goes on and said I'm wrong. And she sarcatically told her staff that "Next time you better confirm with customer their order by repeating to them. Some customers do not admit their mistake when they said the wrong order. ". What the **** is her problem? Is that how you deal with customer? I held back my tongue cause I didn't want to create a scene. I will never be back to the food court again. The drinks didn't taste that great anyway!
  • This is more of a tourist mall - not a full daily needs type. Stores are unique and interesting for visitors to enjoy. Try Brunetti for a quiet lazy afternoon experience
  • Nice to get away from Orchard and nice ex pat style shops. Nothing amazing here but also nothing bad. Although Thai restaurant upstairs is awesome if you don't mind spending a little more.
  • Tanglin is one of those malls which are a little more targeted towards those who are more affluent. They have a Jasons supermarket in the basement, and a number of restaurants and cafes. I would typically spend some time at Starbucks on Sunday after my morning Botanic Gardens walk.
  • While there is not much here, a shoutout to the yong tau foo store at the food court. Curry is really good!
