Capitol Theatre Reviews
It's a beautiful open concept for eatery and meeting up. Together with the capitol theatre, the old movie theatre transform to a classic event place. more »
It's a refurbished old theatre space. If you were up in the nosebleed seats, at least there's a couple of small elevators to get you upstairs from the lobby. Also, the airconditioning was so nice and ... more »
I went here on 2nd May 2018 for 5SOS3 concert. The ambience is so nice and also the stage is very close to the audience I can see the band clearly. The place is clean and also you can get anything in ... more »
Beautiful venue, but slightly shambolic. The video wasn't working properly so those of us on the dress circle couldn't see the action, not to mention a myriad of other technical issues that really spoiled the show. They eventually told us to move down to the stalls so we could see better. When we reached the stalls no one guided us on where to sit so we kept being moved out of seats by ticket holders for those seats. Not a great experience at all.
Capitol has changed a lot since the opening of the Kempinski Hotel here. More cafes are opened and more greens are brought in to decorate the place. Keep it up.
Beautiful theatre well maintain. Nice café and shops. Memory Lane to many Singaporean watching movies in the old days.
A lot of wonderful shows to watch and the theater seats were comfortable, have the nostalgic feel of watching movies. Many cafes & restaurants to choose & eat!!
A lovely and lively place, full of various stalls and shops, offering food, fashion, boutiques, and theatre. This place packs a nice vibe and would reccomend if you wish to have a day out with friends.
