  • Fabulous service. Wonderful treatment! Definitely worth 5 star!
  • Top notch facility. Staff quality is outstanding and fluent in English. Able to address to your specific requirements. Facility is very clean and spacious. Place is well maintained. Top class comes at a heavy premium as well. One suggestion would be to give visitors with walk away gifts i would strongly recommend this to anyone who wants to pamper their loved ones.
  • A really good massage few days ago, just that its far too expensive, experience once or twice is ok.
  • Banyan Tree Spa is located at the 55th Floor at Tower 1 of Marina Bay Sands Hotel. It can be accessed through the lifts at Tower 1. The entrance to the spa lobby was really well thought of. They had high ceilings, calming music and incense lit that really helped invite you to a relaxing experience. The host was really accommodating in helping us select the right massage based on our preference. She would also offer recommendations and finally we opt for the Balinese Massage session for 90 minutes. We had to fill up some information on an iPad and was good to go. Our masseuse greeted us in the lobby before leading us to our room which had a great view of the open seas. It was truly a spectacular view. We were led to the changing room to change before a foot spa and massage. The masseuse gave us a lot of options along the way such as type of oil, pressure of massage, temperature of room and even type of tea after the massage. It was quite a personalized experience. The massage ended with a nice warm towel wipe down to remove excess oil on the body before sending us away into the tea room. We were served Ginger-Lemongrass tea and fruits with yogurt while having a choice of Cityview or Seaview of Singapore. A great way to end the entire experience. The prices could be a little steep but the service does make up for it! Kudos to our masseuse Jib and Sor for their hospitality!
  • Expansive but massage was not worth the price paid. Soft and meaningless massage. I would rather go to Sabaai Sabaai thai massage at Boat quay.
