  • We were staying at Constance Ephelia and walked to the waterfall, we took a wrong turn and walked on the boardwalk, don't do that ... Once we found the right turn before the church we made our way up ...  more »
  • In the MAPS navigation program. ME found a place called Grand Tarde Waterfall, and decided to explore this route. From the W Coast Rd, in the area of Grand Anse Beach, on the turn, in the direction of residential buildings departs the road. And then moved on the navigator-it unmistakably led us to the goal.Asphalt road moved into concrete. We facilitated the route, passing almost half, to the destroyed house, near the dam, where in a small lake, bathed children. the path was already on foot, on the broken road, from the same slabs, and after the bridge over the river,on the trail.Saw a small waterfall only from above. In love couples, caught us on the way - this place can be called romantic.

  • We visited the waterfall after we left the little church on the right and after walking for about 10 minutes on the paved road that winds towards the local village. The first time was about 17 and we were "hooked" by a local guy, who probably wanted to "guide" us and then have a tip and was also a little intrusive for our tastes. Arrived at the "gate" to enter the falls, we read that at 17 closed, so we desisted (despite the insistence of the boy, who wanted us to pass through a path in the forest.. We look well, trust is good..)! The next morning we tried again, discovering in reality that the Sunday entrance is free (we also wondered, actually, if the cartel was an idea of the boys in the country to earn some rupee..), then we saved 50 rupees (about 3 euros). The waterfalls are about 5 minutes after the gate, and there is a poorly placed feel (better not to have thongs). They are nothing that, I must say, are not a "leap" of water, but a sloping river that flows peacefully on a rock that ends in a pool of water on average wide! Let's say, having a couple of pictures, there's not much else to do. It also seems slippery and dangerous to try to climb sideways the waterfall, as some tourists were doing!
