4.7/5 based on 160+ reviews on the web
Cathedral Church represents an important step in the westernization of Serbian architecture and serves as one of the country's most significant places of worship. Completed in 1840, it showcases Classicist and late Baroque elements, designed by some of the greatest architects, sculptors, and painters of the time. Snap photos of the monumental facade and enter the church to view its lavish interior spaces. You'll see a gilded ornamented iconostasis, granite columns and decorated arches, and 19th-century frescoes. The church also holds remains of numerous Serbian rulers, church heads, and persons of high cultural importance. When visiting, wear modest clothing--with knees and shoulders covered. • It is definitely worth a visit to see the Cathedral, it is a very serene and quiet place befitting a Cathedral. It was so quiet I chose not to even attempt any photos as just so serene and peaceful.
  • If the ladies with short skirts and shorts, men shorts with inside. There's not too much. You give us at the entrance to the door they're going to let a black pest cost, but when they get angry and we couldn't get in free 1 Euro. In fact a small Cathedral. See images here and there's no need for you to provide.
