  • We visited this museum and we loved it! The lady working here as a tour guide knew everything about the objects and the building. I strongly recommend visiting this building if you go to Sao tome.
  • Go visit but don‘t expect too much of the tour guide showing you around. He basically said „this is the bedroom“, „this is the dining room“ and didn‘t explain any of the history. The fort itself is nice and worth a visit, especially the lighthouse. No photos allowed inside.
  • Interesting historical place. Good guide (portuguese only) Rooms with various exhibitions showing the life in old times, centering on the injustices of the past. Good photos from the top. Price 50 Dobras (2euros) per person. Recomending for 1 hour visit.
  • Interesting museum to learn more about the history of the country. Entrance is 2€ per person.
  • A lot of colonial things but there was no one to speak English with . no translations of anything written there
