Take in some of the city's best views at Visotsky Business Center Lookout, the tallest building in Russia outside Moscow. Built in 2011, this 54-floor semi-skyscraper was named after Vladimir Vysotsky, a popular Soviet poet, musician, singer, and actor. The structure is often used as a point of orientation for tourists in the city. When you visit the building, view the bronze sculpture of Vysotsky and his third wife, and walk through the Vladimir Vysotsky Museum on the business center's third floor before heading to the main attraction. Take an elevator up to the 52nd floor to access the lookout deck, which offers panoramas of the city. • A place where you must visit! Here offer wonderful views of the entire city. Better get on time to catch and to order and at night-time. City at night is something delightful. ...

  • Several times I was on the lookout. You can safely walk along the fence and admire the stunning panorama of the city. It is better to do it in a good and clear weather. Then the city will be like in the Palm of your hand. And you can search for your favorite place, your home, your work, squares, parks and much more.
