  • Unbelievable but true. The monastery is situated in the heart of the city, but once you get into its territory, the feeling that you are very far away from the metropolis-such there quiet Yes grace! Quietly, nicely, very solemn and touching. Always the most pleasant and deep impressions from visiting this place. The new temple-simply a work of art is impressive, even when there's no service. Definitely worth a visit!

  • For many years in our family have a wonderful Christmas tradition: we arrive in Novo-Tikhvin convent. It is very conveniently located between streets 8 March-Sheinkman-Narodnaya Volya. Immediately after the noise of the main streets in peaceful pacifying place. We go to church shop for souvenirs. A rich selection of products made in workshops, always choose gifts for loved ones. And then buying candles, go to the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. More recently, the Cathedral was restored. When you get there, cover some incredible feelings. It is truly a namolennoe place, and not a modern newly built lubotchniy. Thick walls, shrines, unique atmosphere evoke the soul a real harmony. We went to the streets, and somehow the right differently with a soulful smile looking at bustle. Why now we wanted to share your impressions? Firstly, we are proud that our city is such a wonderful place. Secondly, maybe someone will want to visit it. After all, can't wait for Christmas, ahead of Easter!
