  • Vladivostok railway station is one of the most beautiful architectural monuments of the city. This is not a copy, but the building built in 1912 year in one the neo-Russian style with Yaroslavl station in Moscow. It is very symbolic that look like start and end station Tsr-the longest road in the world, those which runs passenger train "Russia". Mark 9288 km is located close to the apron, a photo on his background is a classic for visitors to the city.

  • If you came to Vladivostok by train or by express train from the airport to try to break away from the bustling crowds of other passengers and admire the building of the railway station, which was founded in the year 1891 in the presence of the Tsarevich Nicholas Alexandrovich, the future emperor. At the beginning of the 20 century, the station was rebuilt and became similar to Yaroslavsky rail terminal in Moscow, thereby symbolically connecting edges of Empire. Take a walk on the floors of the station and consider it in detail from the outside is separate and great fun. Here many turrets, large luchkovye arches, columns, roof Windows in the form of Corbel. All done in the traditions of Russian architecture of the modernist style, and the building itself resembles an ancient tower, decorated with the image of St. George on a white horse, as well as figures of fantastic birds and animals. Vladivostok railway station is the last item on the Transsiberian railway, Pacific edge of Russia. As evidenced by the post with a mark «9288 kilometers on the platform is the distance between Moscow and Vladivostok.
