  • The relatively new building of the water towe built on top of a hill a century ago became to serve as a museum to the history of old Vladimir. There is an obsevation platform at the top of the tower. ...  more »
  • In total, the Museum is in average condition, quite a mistake, you can make it more interactive, worth a visit for the sake of appearance of the river and panorama of the city from the upper level, and still have a couple of interesting reconstructions and showcases the Russian nobility 18-19 century

  • If this is the first time you were in Vladimir, a good place to begin your journey with this museum. The whole history of old Vladimir, its residents, economy, way of life, the Organization of life here is fully disclosed. And with what pleasure the guides of the Museum tell about your city! Lore! Yes and the Rangers, if you suddenly completely bare looked will help you to learn the history of the city, stands with them only speak to each other. Unique expositions are located on three floors, the fourth is a wonderful observation deck. Very true, I advise to visit tune wait if you decide to come, a lot of excursions and Museum halls not always free.
