  • The most striking example of Siberian Baroque school in the Church architecture of the Tobolsk. A two-storey temple built in 1794-1819. The main volume of the upper Church-twice colour cetverik with elevated central part of the façade, crowned with five domes and ornate decorated with rich décor. Western porch with private porch tents in pseudo-Russian style built in 1887. At the top of the Spassky throne, at the bottom of the Tikhvin, north aisle built in Andrew of Crete 1913-1916. Closed no later than 1930, occupied by the file. Maintained in order, 1981 operated by the Museum (occupied by the library and room). History the history of the Church SPASA not man-made Image originates in 18th century in 1794, on the place of the old, the dilapidated state of the wooden church for the parishioners built start means the building of a new temple. Even earlier, it was the first wooden church, which died in the fire. The construction of the stone church was completed only in 1819 g. Duplex Spasskaya Church was built in the style of the Baroque School of Tobolsk and Siberia had 13 crosses. The upper Temple is a four-sided twice colour with elevated central part of facades. He is crowned with five domes and richly decorated with ornamental decoration. In 1837 the Church visited cesarevitch Alexander Nikolayevich-the future Emperor Alexander II. In 1887, the church building was reconstructed under the project b. Zinc is on the West side was built a massive two-storey porch with tent-shaped porches in the pseudo-Russian style. In 1913-1916 Gg. on the initiative of the Tyumen head Andrei Ivanovich Tekut'eva Church was again expanded. To it was added north aisle on draft urban architect p. Chakina. The extension was carried out in spite of the fact that in November 1913 g. Imperial archaeological Commission banned reconstruction. The Commission considered that the new annex will obscure the original architectural solutions of the northern façade and destroy beautiful trims, however Tekut'eva is a rich man and a prominent patron of the Tyumen, financed the building of his funds, this prohibition did not stop. In the new Chapel were built two throne — in the name of John of Tobolsk and saints Andrew and Eudoxia. The Chapel itself was not officially recognized and continued to be known as tekut'evskim. Later was elevated two-storey West porch is a porch stair cell. Despite the fact that as a result of all these extensions Saviour Church has almost completely lost its Baroque architecture, it continued to be one of the most beautiful buildings in Tyumen. In 1929 g. guardians spasskaya Church priests Ilya Populov and Alyaksei Tobolkin were found guilty of concealment of Church values, the Church itself was removed from the religious community and converted into a dormitory for cadets. In 1945 g. Tyumen believers petitioned for the return of church building, which housed the library and archive, but were refused. Subsequently, the Church moved funds regional Museum of local lore. • Lovely beautiful cerkovb was built in 1795, transformed by the Bolsheviks in the library. The truth is it is now transferred to the Russian Orthodox Church, but Interior restoration work had not yet begun. I hope that after a while all the inhabitants and guests of the city of Tyumen will be able to admire the interiors, and not just the architecture of the Church.
