  • Even if, arriving in Tot′mu already know that from the city merchants and pioneers traveled in distant Siberia and Alaska, this Museum will learn many new things. Definitely worth a visit. Probably, the Church is not the best place for such a museum. They say that someday local ATC will move from his now merchant mansion of the 18th century, in a new building that will house the Museum. But it looks like it will be another soon.

  • The Museum is located in the Vhodoierusalimskoj Church. It turns out this Totemskie merchants financed the opening and development of Russian America, and one of them, pieces, founded Fort Ross and was its commandant. Exposure and addresses these merchants-quality. Impressed with the self-made artificial globe with enormous traveling sailors. Portraits are copies of a local artist. And if you are too Tot′mu, then climbed into visiting this museum should be.

  • Church of the entry. 1774 year. Built on merchants-navigators Gregory and Peter Panovyh. currently in the Church Museum sailors. Opened in 1996 year in 300 year anniversary of Russian Navy there previously housed the company producing alcohol products. Totma impressed!. So many interesting things, and at the Museum we even drink tea cloudberry. Probably the only inconvenience that museums and public catering work to 5:00.
