  • Lucky to visit Grad-island of Sviyazhsk on Christmas day. It was freezing but this has not prevented the trip. Really liked the Temple in honor of Saints Constantine and Helena, equal. Temple left in heart of purity and grace. A very beautiful shrine and stands in the distance against a backdrop of white desert.

  • A small church, picturesquely located among the trees. During the time of the founding of Sviyazhsk Church was located on the street otdeljavshej fortress from Posada. The existing stone church and free-standing Bell Tower were built in the late 17th century.

  • This church is object of cultural heritage of federal importance. It's worth a few detached downhill, to the pier. We came to Sviyazhsk bus (this is the opposite side of the island), that the Church was not part of the excursion program, so I had to break away from the group. But it was worth it-beautiful view from a high bank, gray storm clouds over the snow-white Church ... She is very good-a small, very harmonious, leading its history even since the terrible ... Fortunately, it is not so badly damaged during our socialism, and in 80-90 g. There was a branch of the Museum of Tatarstan. Near-venerating the cross on fraternal grave: once the temple was returned to believers, has been clearing and landscaping, and found two mass graves.
