  • Another pair of suzdal churches this away from big roads opposite the Pokrovsky monastery, if not for this neighborhood, it is unlikely that they would pay attention to travelers. Absolutely typical of suzdal architecture 17-18 centuries, nothing outstanding and original but preserved well.

  • Two beautiful churches winter and summer stand cute at the entrance to Pokrovskiy monastery. A couple of times passed, but get inside couldn't:(was closed. According to legend, money to build St. Nicholas Church gave the first wife of Peter I, created in the monastery.

  • Two churches in the southern (main) entrance to Pokrovskiy monastery. In many respects typical of Suzdal churches of the late 17th-early 18th century buildings. Pokrovsky monastery, in my opinion, required to attend for a visitor to suzdal on more than one day, so you won't miss these churches. That's just inside the login seems to be very difficult, in our coming churches were closed.
