See some of the most lavish 19th-century interiors in the city at Yusupovskiy Palace on Sadovaya, also famous as the scene of Grigory Rasputin's assassination. Join a guided tour that takes you through reception rooms and living quarters of the former owner, the extravagant Prince Felix Yusupov, who at the time was the wealthiest man in Russia. Note the different styles of decor in the interiors, embellished with frescoes, tapestries, gilded chandeliers, and period furniture. Do not miss the Rococo private theater on the second floor, which hosts classical concerts and theater performances. In the basement, you'll find a reconstruction of Rasputin's murder and its investigation using photography, documents, and wax figures. The Rasputin tour must be arranged in advance.   • An interesting Palace, we took a comprehensive tour: the murder of Rasputin, ceremonial halls, home theater. The excursion goes 1, 5:00. I advise you to visit.

  • Not deserved is a popular place for tourists. Very beautiful Palace: decoration, furniture. You can take a tour of the places of the conspiracy and the murder of Rasputin. Ticket office near the Palace. Better see the excursions on the website beforehand.

  • Park Yusupov is the Yusupov Palace is very beautiful and majestic. Prince Yusupov seen loved luxury and privacy so it was the pond and garden respectively. From the Fontanka River you can get to this magnificent Parade of the Yusupov Palace. By reki fontanki Yusupov Palace is protected by a wall that protects the Palace from the roadway and hide it from prying eyes.
