  • Excursion in the Tauride Palace curious a chance to see not only another of the many palaces of St. Petersburg, but also visit the current Government. It's hard to tell what was more interesting, from the times of Catherine survived not so much, although preserved, lovingly restored. And here's to touch the history of Russian parliamentarism and see the same Hall. Almost a direct touch to the story. I do not know whether it was exclusive, but we allowed not only to stand on the podium, but say her speech. Was this something exciting and anxious! Everything-and on the podium stand, and corridors of power walking, and listen. One bad thing-a tourist do not allow into the dining room of the Palace. And for completeness of impressions very wanted.

  • Very interesting Palace Catherine and conqueror of Crimea. the exterior of the Palace much more modest Interior. visit required! unusual architecture. the unusual location of the halls. miraculously preserved remains of the decoration of the times of Potemkin. interesting exposition dedicated to Russian parliamentarianism. a fascinating excursion from guides of the Museum of the history of State jokes multi-hour doom Russian Empire you can listen indefinitely. to visit the Museum needs a Passport-now located in the building of the Interparliamentary Assembly of the CIS countries and guard (strict FEDERAL SECURITY service) relentlessly checks each visitor

  • A very nice and beautiful building, but nothing really special inside. Definitely worth walking around anyway.
  • Very important for Russian political history, but very difficult to get inside. No regular tours.
  • Beautiful Palace, you can book a place in group tours, writing in the Palace itself. When you register on their website, will be 400 rubles per ticket, without benefits. Strong contrast, modest façade and inside a very rich interior
