  • Stroganoff Palace is very successfully, at the Nevsky prospect. The subway ("Nevsky Prospekt" and "Admiralty") approximately 5 minutes. He was elevated to 1753-1754 Gg. Architect Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli at the intersection of the Moika River with the Nevsky prospect. Existed at this location houses belonging to the Stroganoffs, architect combined in one whole common façade, belonging to the Baroque style. In the same style were performed the main Palace interiors. The main exhibition is on the 2-nd floor. There's order 15. Of greatest interest is the famous picture gallery. There are paintings and several other rooms. In addition, it is possible to note Arabeskovuju beautifully designed living room and great Hall. The 1-th floor are typically temporary exhibitions on various topics. Now it is "Kopeck ruble saves." The exhibition presents all main types of Russian kopecks and rouble coins-from the era of Emperor Peter the great, and by 1915 a year when it was released last Imperial ruble. The exhibition will last until May 8. In General, the Stroganov Palace, of course, concedes the Mikhailovsky Castle, but nevertheless, here too a lot of interesting and informative.

  • Known to every peterburzhcu building, preserved from the 18 century. This is not only a historic building, but also an interesting Museum with its magnificent interiors. Now there's an exhibition "Kopeck ruble saves", went with his family, very informative. I am very glad that the legacy of past generations so gently try to preserve for us, for our descendants. One sad-as you step out of the building, striking cracks and chips on the façade. It is a pity that the outside of the Palace of care not how inside.

  • Very beautiful facades and interesting interiors. Entrance from the Nevsky prospect from under the arch
  • It is not as amasing as i hoped for
  • Nice view
  • An excellent Museum, where you can get acquainted with the history of the genus Stroganov. I recommend you take the tour. Few people even on the weekends, although undeservedly. There's definitely something to look at. The Palace has several dozen restored rooms 18-19 centuries.
