  • Two buildings merging into one and United the arch is the Senate and Synod buildings. The Senate and the Synod during Emperor were senior government agencies. Apparently so with no time in the Senate's long-standing building now located the highest organ of the Constitutional Court, formerly in the capital. The Synod building now occupies the Presidential Library of the first President of our country, Mr. Boris Yeltsin.
