  • Rasul Gamzatov wrote. That's it we have to cherish and remember. Today once again visited this park. My opinion is this park with awed reverence. This place has everything you need and don't need. Some people want more cafes, other another something. But if you think about the cemetery did need entertainment, entertainment? To me, no. So why is this all there is?   Surely little café around the perimeter of the victory Park, for example by the Moskovsky Prospekt-there are plenty of them. Why should they do in the Park? Hanging stands with historical reference about what was on the site of the Park. Quote unfamiliar "to rescue the residents of the siege of Leningrad from 1942-43 years epidemics brick works no. 1, located at this place has been transformed into the largest in the history of war crematory. Scale of the losses was such that it was kept secret for a long time. In 1996 there was a formal recognition by the Ministry of culture of the Russian Federation territory on which there is a brick works no. 1-the Memorial area, 22.06.1996. on the initiative of veteran organizations in the Park, a Memorial was installed Orthodox cross. For it is a clay pit, now filled with water pond "Admiralty"-which became the largest in Europe the common grave of wartime. In 2005 it was registered in the list of war cemeteries and graves of the UPB No. 107, and the Memorial part of the Park is defined as a protected zone for special treatment ". Also pointed out that in the memory of those events built a chapel. You need to read this place rather than have to swim in ponds, walk their dogs and stuff. Making all citizens of impolite to the lost. In general I recommend visiting this park of victory, not forgetting where you are.

  • Park for a peaceful stroll, have a coffee with him, and a café. Many monuments reminiscent of the tragic history of the place.
