  • Former Petrovsky bridge, and now leads to Ioannovsky Ioannovskim gate of the fortress. Of particular delight causes wooden rabbit, sitting on a wooden pole at the bridge. Very nice to see the fortress and the first, in those early days, the bridge in the historic theater-layout Petrovskaya aquatorium.

  • It is the entrance gate is on the northeast side of the Peter and Paul Fortress bridge. So we went into the Fort from the entrance on the opposite side of the island, this came from the side. The bridge itself doesn't have any features. However, farther east of the bridge and driving piles 7, rabbit statue on one of them. Many people were throwing coins towards the rabbit, but the purpose seems to be that well put on the coin on top of a pile. Established in 1703, near 浮i橋, became the first bridge in St. Petersburg today. Be reworked each time washed away several times since then, but has been broken, and today seems to be in 1953. The name of the bridge comes from Ivan John (Ioann) brother of Peter the great. I can go back to the Hermitage over the John bridge and cross the troitsky (Trinity Bridge) in addition, the troitsky bridge 600 meters is likely, walking is painful. Decided to try aboard the ship had become a station of St. Petersburg canal tour boat near the bridge of John hope, now and then. But ask because it was inconvenient on a canal tour around and come back to the same place or does not drop off in the middle and that's okay. Eventually I got a lift near Nevsky prospect (Nevsky Centre, downtown). Canal tours will be seen from approximately 7% 8% and was quite satisfied.
