  • Going up some stairs you can visit the refectory, one of the finest I have ever seen: completely frescoed and with an iconostasis to see. Its construction began in 1686 (lasted six years) when the monks received a donation from Peter I and Ivan V to thank them for the fact that they had allowed them to take refuge at the monastery during the revolt of Streltzi. The sides of the refectory there is a porch and in front of the same there is the small church of MICAH dating back to 1734 with a curved roof with two orders of the Dutch style. Despite being among the most beautiful sights to see we haven't come a long line to get in.
