  • Large park with various animals, reconstructed, but some corners left much to be desired. Upset enclosures with some predators-so they tortured her. .. but this is a problem in most zoos. Liked the Lake with flamingos and big Hutch cloven-hoofed animals. For families with children-can be recommended.

  • The big Zoo. Were in the winter, so that a large number of open-air cages were empty, and few saw the animals. It is better to visit in other seasons

  • Favorite place in addition to the parks attracionov that we visited as a child. Many animals have a terarrium and a small Aquarium, large corrals for Tigers and elephants. In the Zoo there is a pond, where from time to time swans and flamingos. The place is also suitable for walks in those days, when there were not too many people. Minus that some part of neoblagoustroeny Park and a pretty old cells, such as those in which wolves live.

  • Very good zoo.
  • Rostov Zoo as one of the largest zoos in Russia (the last and largest) and Europe on the right is a great spot for relaxation, hiking output with and supplement their knowledge of world fauna and flora even (Crimean pine). Even if going to the Zoo you don't want to learn it fauna, you can stroll through the extensive grounds of the Zoo, ride along the paths by bike, skateboard, Rollerblades, skateboard, etc., just read a book on a bench near the pond with flamingos and swans or in a café near the Temernik River, a small picnic on the grass. Speaking of picnics on the grass, I would also like to mention the fact that the territory of the Zoo is treated against ticks, which is important in the Rostov region. When processing the Zoo staff has posted signs warning of this and that, some time after treatment is not recommended to sit and lie on the grass. Also at the Zoo, in addition to those already mentioned, Cafe work stalls with street food, souvenirs and toys for kids, balls, there are several toilets. Also in the Rostov Zoo has several simple rides and tank engine for children that operates on its territory. For wanting the Zoo staff can arrange a guided tour for groups from 20 persons up to 10-15. Excursions-1000 rubles will be paid at the cash register at the entrance. Entrance for children up to 5 years-free of charge, for children from 5 years-100 rubles, for adults only 200 rubles. There are benefits: for adults-100 rubles admission for children-50 rubles. A large part of the necessary information and FYI located at the box office and in front of the entrance. There are two entrances: the main street side. Zoological and extra-from the street. Lenin. Near the entrances to the car parks.

  • I am impressed by the changes that have occurred with the Zoo over the past year: clean, tidy, beautiful, emotionally. For the first time wanted to leave feedback immediately after the visit. And for the first time, going to the Zoo, I have not heard a devastatingly unpleasant smell, because the cells were clean and order! Many have been upgraded and refurbished seats. For example, protective mesh partition closed a bridge over the river), many cells obtjanuli shaped boarding "under a wild stone"-looks beautiful! While strolling the Zoo met Alexander Zhadobin. He told us about a new Aviary for bears and a round cage for monkeys with such glowing eyes and genuine enthusiasm that was, one thing is clear: the Guide man govern animal loving them. And he would try to make a holiday for us residents and for animals in captivity as pleasant as possible! From the bottom of my heart thank you! And the third is "first" in all the years I want to go back there!

  • One of the best zoos in the country! Recently updated enclosures, instead cells open space enclosed by a moat or with glass instead of lattices. Through the glass you can see polar bears, Lions, Tigers and monkeys. In the slonovnike elephant, two tomorrow and elephant) be sure to visit with children at the Zoological Museum with spiders, agouti, different mice and ezhikami and terrarium with crocodiles and snakes. On site, in addition to the huge number of animals have free toilets, a café and a small children's amusement park. Cook 200 rubles per ticket and not less than 4 hours for inspection, better more)

  • Great place, we really enjoyed walking through the Zoo, children and my husband and I were thrilled by the close find animals. Really liked the room with okvariumami. Happily hiked, find certain inhabitants help arrows above intersections. Upset only behaviour of some visitors, speakers, staff members are asked to not convincingly feed animals their products, because everyone has a balanced diet, have warned that this leads to disease. Unfortunately, many people do not pay attention to it, and popcorn, chips, and other questionable useful products. I hope that my review is at least someone will, and do not share with the animals their food.
